I have another smoothie for yall. Tbh I didn’t measure this one I’m sorry but I promise this was good. I did add a lil gone so it was less tart.
A rough estimate would be
1/2 cup peach
1/4 cup cherry
1/4 cup pineapple
Milk/ juice
Chia seeds
1-2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup yogurt
