1. The Driver that we use is the Service, so good that we are impressed. Come to the time, take good care of us, open the door, lift the bag, spread the umbrella for the rainy season, have the water to serve us. Please inform us what time we will arrive at the destination, take care of the princess very much.

2. The car inside and outside is very clean. The air is cool. There is good music to listen to.

3. Our price is reasonable. We call from Bangkok-Saraburi for 800 baht. For anyone who wants comfort, speed and good build, we think it is appropriate.

4. Stuck a little bit when booking the app, we talked to the driver, they said that they accepted the job again, so I understand that the person who talked to us in the app was a different person to the driver because when offering the price, they clicked to accept the price as we offered, but pushed the text to come to us later if I could add a little more price because the app was deducted% and not profitable. At first I lost a little feeling, but I agreed to 800 from 750, adding 50 baht. 😂😂

I think it's good overall. Compared to the driver who takes good care, but when calling from the app, I think it's a little bit of a measure of whether we can get the car that impressed me or not, I would like to offer it as an alternative. 💕

หลังจากลองเรียกรถข้ามจังหวัดด้วย inDrive แล้ว เราว่าจุดเด่นคือ “เรากำหนดราคาเองได้” ซึ่งต่างจากแอปเรียกรถทั่วไปพอสมควร เหมาะกับคนที่อยากคุมงบหรืออยากลองเทียบหลายๆ คันก่อนตัดสินใจ แต่ก็มีรายละเอียดเล็กๆ ที่ควรรู้เพื่อให้ทริปไม่สะดุดค่ะ 1) วิธีใช้ inDrive แบบเข้าใจง่าย (สำหรับมือใหม่) - เลือกจุดรับ-จุดส่ง + วันที่/เวลา + จำนวนผู้โดยสารให้ชัด (โดยเฉพาะกรณีเรียกรถข้ามจังหวัด) - ใส่ “ราคาเสนอ” (offer) โดยดู “ราคากลาง” ที่แอปแนะนำเป็นไกด์ - รอดูรายชื่อคนขับ/รถที่พร้อมรับงาน บางคนจะส่งข้อเสนอราคา (counter offer) กลับมา - ก่อนกด accept เรามักกดเข้าไปดูรายละเอียดคนขับ/รถ แล้วค่อยตัดสินใจ จะช่วยลดการวัดดวงได้เยอะ 2) จุดที่หลายคนเจอ: คนทักในแอป vs คนขับตัวจริง จากที่เราเจอและเห็นคนถามกันบ่อย บางครั้งคนที่แชทคุยในแอปอาจไม่ใช่คนขับที่มารับจริง (อาจเป็นการรับงานต่อ/ทำงานเป็นทีม) ไม่ได้แปลว่าแย่เสมอไป แต่แนะนำให้ “ยืนยันตัวตนก่อนขึ้นรถ” เช่น - ขอชื่อคนขับ/ทะเบียนรถให้ตรงกับที่แอปแสดง - ถามให้ชัดว่าคนขับที่จะมารับคือใคร และรถคันไหน - ถ้ามีผู้สูงอายุ/เดินทางคนเดียว เราจะยิ่งซีเรียสเรื่องนี้เป็นพิเศษ 3) เรื่องราคาและค่าธรรมเนียม: กันปัญหาขอเพิ่มเงินทีหลัง เคสที่พบบ่อยคือกดรับราคาที่เสนอไปแล้ว แต่มีการทักมาขอเพิ่มภายหลังเพราะ “แอปหัก %” หรือมีค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ เราว่าเพื่อความสบายใจควรคุยให้เคลียร์ก่อนออกเดินทาง เช่น - ยืนยันว่า “ราคานี้รวมทุกอย่างแล้วไหม” (ทางด่วน/ค่าจอด/ค่าแก๊สเพิ่ม/สัมภาระ) - ถ้าต้องขึ้นทางด่วน ให้ตกลงล่วงหน้าว่าใครจ่าย และจ่ายยังไง - ถ้าคนขับขอเพิ่มทีหลัง เราจะขอเหตุผลชัดๆ และให้เขาสรุปราคา final ในแชท เพื่อกันเข้าใจไม่ตรงกัน 4) ถ้าคิดจะขับ inDrive (มุมคนหาข้อมูลแนว Pantip) เราไม่ได้เป็นคนขับนะคะ แต่จากประสบการณ์ผู้โดยสารและสิ่งที่เห็นในแอป ข้อที่คนมักชั่งใจคือรายได้จะขึ้นกับงานที่รับและระยะทาง แถมมีค่าธรรมเนียมจากระบบ ดังนั้นคนขับหลายคนจะพยายามเลือกงานที่คุ้ม หรือเสนอราคาเพิ่มเอง ใครคิดจะขับจริงๆ แนะนำลองศึกษากติกาค่าธรรมเนียมใน inDrive driver app และคำนวณต้นทุน (น้ำมัน/เวลารอ/เที่ยวกลับ) ให้ละเอียดก่อน 5) โปร/โค้ดส่วนลด inDrive ในไทย ถ้าค้นหา indrive promo code thailand แล้วไม่เจอโค้ดที่ใช้ได้ เราว่าเป็นเรื่องปกติ เพราะโปรแต่ละช่วงไม่สม่ำเสมอ วิธีที่เราทำคือเช็กในหน้าโปรโมชันของแอปโดยตรง และดูประกาศในช่องทางทางการของแบรนด์ก่อนใช้งานจริง จะชัวร์กว่าโค้ดสุ่มจากเว็บรวมโปร สรุปจากคนใช้งานจริง: inDrive เหมาะมากเวลาต้องเรียกรถข้ามจังหวัด/อยากต่อรองราคาเอง แต่ควรยืนยันตัวตนรถ-คนขับ และตกลง “ราคาสุดท้าย” ให้ชัดในแชทก่อนออกเดินทาง เท่านี้ประสบการณ์จะดีขึ้นมากค่ะ
