Main and comprehensive functions (with reference to the Act 2017 and related regulations):

1.Audit documents and parcels: check the properties, number, and quality of the parcels to meet the contract or agreement.

2. On-site inspection: at the office or designated place in the contract.

3. Audit the Report: Consider the Contractor's Performance Report (Employment Case) and Environmental Events.

4. Order Changes in Work (Case of Requirements): It has the power to order corrections or retrenchments if there are minor and academic discrepancies.

5. Determine the examination period: Normally, the examination shall be completed as soon as possible (such as in the period of 3 business days and the last period of 5 business days) according to the book of the Public Sector Parcel Procurement and Administration Discussion Committee, the most urgent at c (Kwj) 0405.4 / w 681 dated 8 October 2025 on the period of inspection of parcels in accordance with the Ministry of Finance Regulation on Procurement and Public Parcel Administration, 2017.

6. Prepare proof of examination: Make a written certificate or certification of performance, give one seller / contractor, and keep one for disbursement.

7. Report: Report the results (accurate, complete, or defective) to the head of the agency for further consideration.

Strike order: Consider the work supervisor's strike order (employment case) and report to the head of the agency.

Construction: The supervisor must be inspected, the report is inspected, the employment inspection area regularly.

General Purchase / Hire: Inspecting parcels, providing proof of delivery to provide disbursements.
