伊豆・村の駅のリニューアルに関する体験談を少しシェアしますね。私もオープン初日に訪れて、ほくほく村ベーカリーのパンをいくつか試食しました。特に印象的だったのは「ほっくりいもあんぱん」。静岡県産の米粉を使用したしっとりし た生地に、たっぷり詰まったおいもあんの甘さが絶妙で、まさに地元の味を堪能できる逸品でした。 また、三島馬鈴薯や甘藷を使ったパンは種類が豊富で、三島じゃがフランスやめんたいフランスも食べ応え抜群。特にめんたいフランスはピリッとした明太子の味がアクセントになっていて、お土産にも喜ばれそうです。 和菓子いもんどの方では、みたらし団子や磯部団子などの伝統和菓子に加え、芋あん草団子が特におすすめ。芋あんがぎっしり詰まっていて、ずっしりとした重量感から食べごたえを感じられます。さらに修善寺醤油を使ったみたらし団子は、甘さと醤油の旨味のバランスが完璧でした。 私のように地元の味を楽しみたい方はもちろん、観光で訪れる方もぜひリニューアルした伊豆・村の駅へ足を運んでみてください。地域食材の魅力がたっぷり詰まった商品が揃っていて、子どもから大人まで楽しめる素敵なスポットですよ。営業時間は9:00～17:00でアクセスもしやすいので、お出かけの際は寄ってみる価値があります。 今後のリニューアルも楽しみにしつつ、地元の味覚を堪能できる伊豆・村の駅で、素敵な思い出を作ってみてはいかがでしょうか？
