京都の先斗町は歴史を感じさせる街並みの中にひっそりと佇む甘味処旅氷。ここで味わえるかき氷は、東京・湯島の人気店サカノウエカフェが監修しており、ただ涼を取るだけではない、味わいと見た目に至るまでこだわられた逸品です。 店内は落ち着いた雰囲気ながら、可愛らしい盛り付けのかき氷が特徴。私が実際に訪れた際には、いちごの甘酸っぱさとマスカルポーネの濃厚さが絶妙にマッチした「いちごマスカルポーネ」が印象的でした。氷はふわふわで口に入れた瞬間の冷たさと程よい溶け具合が続き、最後の一口まで美味しく食べられます。 また、３種類のレモン素材を使った「SUMMER」は、ヨーグルトとはちみつの風味が爽やかで、暑い夏の日にぴったりの一品。酸味と甘みのバランスがよく、後味もすっきり。見た目もボリュームたっぷりのまん丸で、インスタ映え間違いなしです。 先斗町の風情ある街並みを散策しながら訪れるこのお店は、観光客やデートで訪れる方にも好評。接客してくれたスタッフも親切で笑顔が素敵な方ばかりでした。 かき氷好きにはもちろん、京都観光の休憩スポットとしてもおすすめ。また、こだわりの素材と見た目にも美しいかき氷は贅沢な夏のご褒美として、一度は体験してほしい一品です。ぜひ京都に来た際には立ち寄ってみてください。
