北九州の八幡東区にある「YAHATA COCO」は、老舗の材木店が運営する珍しいカフェとして地域で親しまれています。私も先 日訪れましたが、木のぬくもりが感じられる店内は緑も多く、とてもリラックスできる空間でした。 お店の目玉のひとつ「COCO SAND」サンドイッチは、ベーコンジャムとマッシュポテトが絶妙にマッチし、はちみつの優しい甘さがアクセントになっています。パンはハード系の自家製で香ばしく、ピクルスも自家製とのことで、食感や味のバランスが抜群です。朝7時半から営業しているので、早朝のブレイクタイムにもぴったりです。 また自家焙煎のアメリカーノはコクがありつつ飲みやすく、サンドイッチとの相性も良いです。駐車場が5台分あり、車でも訪れやすいのが嬉しいポイント。休日は定休なので平日や土曜の利用がおすすめです。 次回はプリンなどのデザートも試したいと思っています。興味のある方はぜひ訪れてみてください。美味しいサンドイッチとこだわり珈琲で、仕事の合間や休日の癒しのひとときを楽しめます。
