私も最初は「なんとなく写真を切る」だけでデザインを仕上げていましたが、仕上がりに違和感がありました。特に人物の首や関節部分でトリミングすると、不自然で痛々しい印象を与えてしまうことに気づきました。背景の線や直線的な要素が人物に被さると、まるで串刺しのように見えてしまい、視線が散ってしまうのも大きな原因です。 そこで、関節や首が完全に写るように調整したり、背景のラインを避けて配置することを意識した結果、デザイン全体がぐっと洗練されて見えるようになりました。枠いっぱいに写真を配置するのも避け、周囲に余白を持たせることで窮屈さから解放され、自然な余裕が生まれます。 私が実践しているのは、常に「見せたいポイントはどこか 」「人物の特徴をきちんと引き出せているか」を考えながらトリミングを行うことです。例えば、肩から上のバストアップに切り取ると落ち着きがあり、表情がよく伝わりやすくなります。 また、Canvaのように簡単にトリミングや配置ができるツールではありますが、ちょっとした調整がデザインの印象を大きく左右します。初心者の方は特に、今回紹介されているNG構図を避ける意識を持つだけで、作品のクオリティが格段にアップすることを実感できると思います。 ぜひ、この7つのポイントをチェックリスト代わりに保存して、デザイン作成時に見返してみてくださいね。ちょっとした工夫で、写真は格段におしゃれで伝わりやすいものになりますよ。
