「URI crazy macaronって結局なにが買えるの？」「メニューや写真を見てから行きたい」「ドバイチョコもちってどんな味？」と思って調べている人向けに、私が行く前に知りたかったポイントを補足します。 まず看板メニューは“韓国マカロン（トゥンカロン）”。一般的なマカロンよりサイズ感がしっかりしていて、クリームやトッピングが多めなのが特徴です。ショーケースに並ぶ種類は日によって変わることが多いので、「この味が絶対ほしい！」という人は、来店前にInstagramで当日のラインナップ投稿やストーリーをチェックすると安心でした。 それと最近SNSで見かけるのが、函館で唯一の販売…とも言われている“モチモチスイーツ”。中にドバイチョコがぎっしり入っていて、外側がマシュマロ生地だから食感がかなり独特。私はそのままでも好きでしたが、少しだけ温めるともちもち感が増して、伸びる感じが分かりやすくなります。温めすぎると形が崩れやすいので、家でやるなら「ほんのり温かい」くらいがちょうどよかったです。 注意点は「数量限定」なところ。売り切れが怖い人は、予約・お取り置きができるのが助かります（基本はインスタDM受付）。旅行や観光で時間が読めない時でも、取り置きしておくと無駄足になりにくいです。 写真を撮る人向けのコツもひとつ。もちもち系は断面が映えるので、カットして“チョコが詰まってる感”を撮ると分かりやすいです。マカロンは色が可愛いので、箱を開けた瞬間の俯瞰写真もおすすめ。 最後に、プレゼント用途。メッセージマカロンは事前予約必須なので、誕生日やお礼で使いたい場合は早めに相談しておくとスムーズでした。テイクアウトもしやすいので、函館観光の合間に「函館マカロン人気店」を探している人にも行きやすいお店だと思います。
