This shop opened on March 2nd.
There is a shop on the 6th floor of LC Goryokaku Building, and kind mothers are open.
She makes dishes using local vegetables and seasonal ingredients, and her mom's thoughts and commitment are conveyed ☺️

「函館であんみつが食べられる夜営業のお店ある？」と思って探して見つけたのが、LC五稜郭ビル6階の「あんみつと小料理 夜のはこだて」。雑居ビルの上にひっそり佇む感じがまずワクワクで、扉を開けるとアットホームな雰囲気。初めてでもママさんが笑顔で迎えてくれて、緊張が一気にほどけました。 私が特に良いなと思ったのは、“小料理でちょい飲み→デザートで〆”まで1軒で完結できるところ。居酒屋で甘いものって意外と選択肢が少ないので、あんみつがメニューにあるだけでだいぶ嬉しいです。しかも、甘味だけじゃなくて旬の食材を使った心温まる料理が揃っていて、手作り感がしっかり伝わってきます。 頼むものに迷ったら、まずは「1人飲みプレート」を軸に、気になる小鉢を追加するのが安心。ポテサラやシメサバ系など“ちょっとずつ色々”いけるので、1人でも満足感が出やすいです。最後はやっぱり「クリームあんみつ」。飲んだ後にちょうどいい甘さで、デザートまで置いてある店ってありがたい…としみじみ。 1人飲み目線だと、カウンター席が居心地よかったです。ママさんと話せる距離感で、タイミングが合えば周りのお客さんとも自然に会話が生まれやすい印象。静かに飲みたい日でも、程よい賑やかさがあるので“寂しくならない”タイプの店でした。 行く前の注意点も少し。ビルの6階なので、最初は場所が分かりづらいかも。時間に余裕をもって到着するのがおすすめです。駐車場はなしなので、路面電車（五稜郭公園前）や近隣コインパーキング利用が無難。日曜定休で、営業時間は19:00〜23:00（L.O.22:30）なので、2軒目利用ならラストオーダーも意識すると安心です。 「函館であんみつ」「五稜郭で落ち着く小料理屋」を探している人は、かなり刺さると思います。手作りの小料理と、優しいママさんの空気感に癒されに行ってみてください。
