Two kinds of shikabe-yaki with sweet shrimp and scallops are offered in limited quantities, and entrance to Getsuisen Park is free ☝️
At the same time, the Umaimono Festival was held in the parking lot, and the main dish was grilled scallop butter with big scallops and baby scallops!

今年も「しかべ焼き」の2周年イベントが開催されると聞いて、私も数年前からずっと楽しみにしてきました。道民なら誰もが知る“しかべ焼き”は、トロふわの食感が特徴で、その日の鮮魚を使った特別トッピングがとにかく魅力的です。特に今回のイベントでは、蒸しほたて稚貝や蒸し甘エビの限定トッピングが50食ずつ用意されているということで、これは早めの来場をおすすめします。 会場の道の駅しかべ間歇泉公園は、間歇泉が噴き出す自然の迫力も楽しめるスポットで、入場無料なので気軽に参加できるのが嬉しいポイント。私が昨年参加したときは、ホタテバター焼きの本格的な味に感動しつつ、無料で振る舞われた海鮮汁は地元の魚介の旨味がギュッと詰まっていて、寒い日でも心も身体も温まりました。 さらに、餅まきやシロップさんのステージ、子ども向けのじゃんけん大会など、イベントは家族連れでも楽しめる工夫がいっぱい。グルメブースも充実しているので、北海道の新鮮な海産物を存分に味わえますよ。また、現金のほか一部クレジットカードやPayPayも使えるため、支払いの心配なく楽しめるのもありがたいです。 北海道の食を堪能したい方や、地元の季節行事を体験したい方 には絶好の機会です。私も今年は友人と一緒に早めに出かけ、限定トッピングの味をリピートしたいと思っています。もし行かれるなら、「🚗」とコメントして、一緒に現地で楽しみましょう！ぜひこの2周年イベントでしかべ焼きの魅力と北海道グルメの奥深さを体感してくださいね。
