私が「恵比寿で香水作りできるお店」を探していて気になったのが、HUGONIST恵比寿店の香水体験。結論から言うと、プレゼント目的でも“自分用のご褒美”でも満足度が高かったです。ここでは、行く前に知っておくと安心なポイントを体験者目線で補足します。 まず当日の流れは、ざっくり「ボトルを決める→香りを選ぶ→調香→微調整→完成」という感じ。最初にボトルデザインを選ぶので、ギフトにしたい人はここでテンションが上がります。見た目が可愛いと、出来上がった香水を“ずっと大事に使いたくなる”のが本音。 香り選びは200種類以上あって、正直迷います。私は最初、好きな系統（石けんっぽい／柑橘／ウッディなど）を伝えて候補を絞ってもらいました。ここで調香師さんの存在がかなり心強いです。「さっぱりしすぎない甘さが欲しい」「仕事でも浮かない香りがいい」みたいな曖昧な希望でも、言語化して提案してくれました。 調整については、時間内なら“納得いくまで調整できる”のが良かったポイント。最初に作った香りを嗅いでみると、意外と「もう少し軽くしたい」「あと少し深みが欲しい」が出てきます。遠慮せず言うのがおすすめ。微調整を繰り返すほど、自分のイメージに近づけていく感覚が楽しいです。 「fougeres fragrance（フゼア系の香り）」が気になる人へも一言。フゼアはラベンダーやウッディ、ハーブっぽさが重なる“清潔感×大人っぽさ”の王道系。甘すぎないのに色気が出るので、万人受けを狙うプレゼントにも向いていました。私は最終的に、フゼア寄りに少しムスクを足して、落ち着くのに印象が残る方向に。 料金はボトル容量で変わるので、迷ったら「普段どれくらい香水を使うか」で決めるのが現実的。私は最初30mlがちょうどよく感じました。あと地味に嬉しいのが補充（リフィル）ができること。レシピを保存してくれるので、2回目以降は“補充も3,000円からできる”のがコスパ的にもありがたいです。 最後に、プレゼントとして渡すなら「相手の生活シーン」を想像して香りを決めるのがおすすめ。デート用なら少し甘さ、仕事用なら清潔感と軽さ、休日用なら個性強め…みたいに。恵比寿で香水体験を探している人には、HUGONIST恵比寿店はかなり有力な選択肢でした。
