"Oyeoppi" is a slightly old-fashioned expression that means "pretty" or "cute" in Korean.
oyoppi coffee wants to be a cafe that will be gently close to your heart. Please drop in anytime.

With that wish in mind, we named it "oyoppi."

「oyoppi（オヨッピ／어여삐）」って何？と気になって調べた方へ。私は最初「およっぴ＝日本語の愛称？」と思っていたのですが、韓国語の少し昔っぽい表現で「きれい」「かわいい」というニュアンスがあると知って、店名の雰囲気にすごく納得しました。お店側の“ここでほっと一息ついてほしい”“来てくれた人が愛される存在でありますように”という想いとも相性がよくて、言葉の意味を知ってから行くと体験がちょっと特別になります。 検索で多いのが「オヨッピコーヒーのメニュー」。訪問前に押さえるなら、まずはコーヒー＋デザートの組み合わせを想定しておくのがおすすめです。私はカフェに行くとき、先に“甘めのデザートに合わせてドリンクはすっきり系”みたいに決めておくと迷いが減りました。甘いものが主役の日はラテ系、写真映えと軽さ重視ならアイスコーヒーやアメリカーノ、という選び方がしやすいです（その日の提供内容は変わることがあるので、現地でスタッフさんにおすすめを聞くのがいちばん早いです）。 店内の雰囲気は、写真に写っている「you look good」の文字や、ロゴが入った壁が印象的で、自撮りしたくなるポイントが多いタイプ。ユニークな形の鏡があるので、友だちと行くなら少し早めに着いて、混み具合を見ながら撮影するのが安心でした。撮りたい構図が決まっている人は、鏡前での滞在時間が長くなりがちなので、譲り合いながら楽しむと気持ちよく過ごせます。 アクセス面では「新大久保駅からの案内」が店内掲示にもあるようで、初めてでも辿り着きやすいのが助かります。さらに、バッグ同伴OKの記載があるのも地味にうれしいポイント。買い物ついでに寄りたい日や、荷物が多い日でも計画が立てやすいです。 最後に、検索キーワードの「オヨッピーカフェ」「oyoppi coffee menu」で迷っている方は、店名の意味（およっぴ＝“かわいい・きれい”）を知った上で、“癒しの休憩場所”として行くと満足度が上がると思います。明日もコーヒーとデザートを用意して待っている、というメッセージどおり、ふらっと立ち寄りやすい空気感が魅力です。
