didnt spend money beside transport as i hit the gym today because i decided to do a bit of cardio while watching movie rather than eat and watch movies 😓 but im not a big fan of cardio so i stayed in the gym less than an hour 😭, just needed to tired myself so i can sleep well
As someone who isn’t a big fan of cardio myself, I totally understand the struggle of pushing through a workout just to feel a bit tired and improve sleep quality. On my recent gym visit, I chose to combine entertainment with exercise by watching a movie during my cardio session, making the time pass more enjoyably. Cardio doesn’t have to be intense or long to be effective — even short sessions can help increase your heart rate and improve circulation. I also want to highlight an important tip: managing your budget while keeping to a fitness routine is possible. I only spent on transport, avoiding extra expenses like eating out, which helped me stay focused on my health goals without straining my wallet. Additionally, incorporating rest days and respecting personal preferences around exercise type matters. If cardio feels daunting, consider alternative activities or reduce duration until you build endurance. Importantly, staying active, even briefly, can positively impact sleep quality — just like I experienced when I intentionally tired myself to sleep better. For fellow students or young adults balancing busy schedules and fitness, these small, mindful adjustments can lead to healthier habits and improved well-being without overwhelming time or finances.
