I am still standing,” helps center my mind and spirit. One practice that’s helped me move forward with confidence is journaling my thoughts and identifying what I’ve been holding on to that no longer serves me. Writing it down gives me clarity and makes it easier to let go. Along with this, I incorporate short meditation sessions where I focus on peace and gratitude to fill the space once occupied by those burdens. It's important to remember, as the post beautifully states, that we are 'still becoming.' Life is a continual process of growth, and releasing doesn’t mean forgetting but choosing not to carry unnecessary weight on our journeys. In my experience, surrounding myself with supportive communities—especially those who share similar goals like women supporting women or healing in progress groups—makes a significant difference. They offer encouragement and remind me that moving forward with grace and confidence is not just a personal act but one shared by many. Finally, I embrace the concept of 'protecting your peace,' which means setting boundaries that safeguard my emotional and mental well-being. Whether it’s limiting negative influences or prioritizing self-care, these choices empower me to live intentionally and with purpose. All of these steps align with the heartfelt affirmation shared in the original image quote: "God, I release what I was never meant to carry. Fill me with peace as I move forward. Amen." This reminds me that releasing burdens is also a spiritual surrender, inviting peace and renewal into my life.
