Ingredientes
1 taza de espinacas frescas (lavadas y desinfectadas)
2 huevos
½ taza de avena en hojuelas (o harina de avena para textura suave)
½ plátano maduro (opcional, para dulzor natural)
¼ taza de leche vegetal o leche descremada
½ cucharadita de polvo de hornear
½ cucharadita de canela (opcional)
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla (opcional)

Preparación
