"Distress," the existence of suffering, pain and death, discomfort, discomfort, desire for anything, and then unfulfillment of it; separation from beloved things, whether young or old, is in distress every moment, so that it should not be underestimated and ready to face the truth of the suffering.
"Samuthai" causes suffering from both lust, curiosity, desire to be in the mind, or lust, to cause suffering or problems, is a principle that should not be caused by suffering.
"Anger," extinguishing suffering, or extinguishing problems, causes suffering, must be thrown away, completely freeing what is a source of suffering, from happening again like a dead fire.
"Bug," a practice of getting out of distress, or a problem of exhausting passion with a conscious subsistence, leading to concentration and wisdom from suffering and sadness.
