Creamy and fluffy protein oatmeal

I love this for a sweet breakfast that is still super high protein!

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup instant oatmeal

-3 tbs egg whites

-chocolate protein powder

-almond/peanut butter

-Greek yogurt

-frozen berries

-dark chocolate chips

-cinnamon

Instructions

-In a small pot cook the instant oatmeal with a cup of water until it thickens and bubbles. Add in additional water if it gets too dry and stir continuously.

-Once thickened reduce the heat and stir in the egg white. Stir constantly to avoid the egg white from cooking.( you may need to reduce the heat and wait a few minutes for the oatmeal to cool to avoid the egg whites cooking)

-Add in your preferred protein powder and nut butter( I like chocolate protein powder and almond butter| I’ve also used powdered peanut butter and it is delish)

-Pour the oat meal into a bowl and top with cinnamon, frozen fruit, chocolate chips, a spoonful of Greek yogurt, and any other desired toppings.( I like to add Catalina crunch to give an extra crunch)

This is so customizable and the perfect breakfast or sweet treat!
