Classic photo opts

These are my favorite photo opportunities at Disneyland.

1. Castle is an obvious spot. Did you even go to Disneyland if you take a photo here? Around 4pm is great time if you don’t want the sun in your face. If you don’t want to wait in a long line noon-2pm is when you want to go but be prepared to have the sun in your eyes 🕶️😎

2. Partners statue is perfect with Walt Disney, Mickey and the castle in the background. There are multiple photo pass photographers so the line goes by quickly. This is an ideal location because no matter what time you go, your pictures turn out perfect! This photo was taken around 2pm, the sun wasn’t in my face!

3. Main Street USA has seasonal decorations. This makes for an amazing keep sake, when you look back on your photos you’ll know exactly what season you were at the happiest place on earth! However there is almost always a line at this photo opportunity. When the line is super long there are multiple photo pass photographers around the tree making the line bearable.

4. Train station is amazing if you don’t want to wait in line at Main Street USA! In one photo you can see almost all of Disneyland! The train station itself creates the perfect shade so you don’t have to worry about the sun in your face. There is not always a photo pass photographer at the train station so take advantage when you see someone there!

5. Disney showcase give vintage vibes. On one side you have the Disney store as a background giving cute and old time vibes and if you turn 180 degrees you have the Main Street decorations in the background without waiting in line! My photographer gave me a magic shot and it came out amazing!

Remember to always be kind to cast members and thank them for the amazing job they do!

... Read moreWhen visiting Disneyland, capturing the magic of your experience is essential. Here are some helpful tips to make the most of your photo opportunities: 1. **Golden Hour Photography**: Try to take photos during the golden hour, just before sunset. The natural lighting enhances the colors in your pictures, making them look vibrant and dreamy. 2. **Seasonal Themes**: Disneyland often showcases seasonal decorations throughout the park. Align your visit with seasonal events to capture unique backgrounds, whether it’s Halloween, Christmas, or the summer festivities. 3. **Visit Less Crowded Areas**: Well-known spots can get packed, especially during peak hours. Explore lesser-known corners of the park, such as the gardens near the rides, to find quieter places for stunning shots. 4. **Utilize Disney’s PhotoPass Service**: Don't hesitate to use Disneyland’s PhotoPass photographers! They're stationed throughout the park and can help capture special moments, enabling you to join in the fun without worrying about taking the photographs yourself. 5. **Candid Shots**: Some of the most cherished memories are captured spontaneously. Allow yourself to be in the moment and take candid shots while enjoying the attractions. Overall, Disneyland is a place where magic happens, and capturing those moments is a beautiful way to preserve your experiences. Happy snapping!
