I’m learning it’s less about productivity and more about the people that actually change your life. We did a coworking day, but honestly the biggest takeaway wasn’t even what I got done. It was sitting in a room with women who don’t just hype you up. They inspire you. They challenge you. They make you raise your own standards just by existing near you. And I keep realizing this over and over… I am insanely lucky.
Because it really is true. You become who you’re around. And lucky for me, I’m surrounded by women I genuinely look up to. Intelligent, successful, funny, driven, kind. The kind of women who make you feel like you can do the scary thing, and then text you later like “okay did you do it though?”.
If you told me 10 years ago I’d have a group of nine close women by my side like this, I would have never believed you. I used to think that kind of friendship only happened in movies. So yeah, this episode is basically a love letter. To the women who hold me up. Who remind me who I am when I forget. Who make my life bigger, softer, braver, and way more fun.
Tell me about your people. Do you have your circle yet? And if you do, what’s the best thing your friendships have taught you? 🫶✨

Having spent many years trying to push through challenges on my own, I now truly understand the importance of community—especially one filled with women who lift you up in real, tangible ways. It's not just about having someone to talk to; it's having people who inspire you to raise your standards and act boldly. From my experience, coworking days aren’t just about ticking off tasks; they provide the perfect setting to connect and recharge in a space that cultivates growth. Being around intelligent, kind-hearted women who encourage each other to take risks and hold each other accountable creates a unique energy that motivates me to push boundaries I wouldn’t dare approach alone. What astonishes me most is how this community makes you realize that you are not defined by your productivity but rather by your relationships and the courage they ignite in you. In my own life, friendship has taught me resilience and the power of vulnerability—two ingredients that make succeeding in any area possible. I encourage anyone reading this to find their tribe—the women who become your mirror, your challengers, and your biggest fans. These relationships add softness, bravery, and fun to life, making even the scariest goals feel achievable. Your circle is more than just friends; it’s the foundation that supports your growth, making the journey not just worthwhile but joyful.
