FOR ALL THE ONES WHINING WHERES THE RECIPE SINCE YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO PLUG THE INGREDIENTS INTO A SEARCH I DID IT FOR YOU Fried Cabbage with Bacon & Andouille Sausage š§¾ Ingredients ⢠1 head cabbage (chopped) ⢠Bacon (keep the grease!) ⢠2x andouille sausages (sliced) ⢠1 diced onion ⢠Bell peppers (red, orange, green ā sliced or diced) ⢠Garlic (minced) ⢠Chicken broth ⢠Tonyās Creole seasoning ⢠Black pepper ⢠Garlic powder ⢠Crushed red pepper flakes ________________________________________ š©āš³ Step-by-step Instructions 1. Cook the bacon ⢠In a large skillet or pot, cook bacon until crispy. ⢠Remove bacon and set aside (leave the grease in the pan š). ________________________________________ 2. Brown the sausage ⢠Add sliced andouille sausage to the bacon grease. ⢠Cook until browned (2ā4 minutes). ⢠Remove and set aside with bacon. ________________________________________ 3. SautĆ© veggies ⢠In the same pan: o Add diced onion + bell peppers o Cook until soft (about 5 minutes) ⢠Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds (donāt burn it) ________________________________________ 4. Add cabbage ⢠Add chopped cabbage in batches if needed. ⢠Stir to coat it in all that flavor from the pan. ________________________________________ 5. Season it up Add: ⢠Tonyās Creole seasoning (start light, you can add more later) ⢠Black pepper ⢠Garlic powder ⢠Crushed red pepper flakes (to your heat preference) ________________________________________ 6. Add broth & simmer ⢠Pour in a small splash of chicken broth (about ¼ā½ cup) ⢠Cover and let it cook down for 10ā15 minutes, stirring occasionally ________________________________________ 7.
