... Read moreEnhancing milk production is a common concern for many breastfeeding mothers seeking to provide adequate nutrition for their infants. Various natural remedies and lifestyle adjustments can help support and increase lactation effectively. One notable supplement used to boost milk supply is sunflower lecithin, known for its ability to reduce clogged milk ducts and improve milk flow. Additionally, many mothers find nipple creams, such as soothing Frida brand products, beneficial for promoting comfort during breastfeeding by preventing and healing sore or cracked nipples. These creams provide gentle care, helping to maintain nipple health which is essential for successful breastfeeding. In addition to topical treatments and supplements, maintaining a balanced diet rich in hydration and lactogenic foods plays a significant role. Foods like oats, fenugreek, fennel, and brewer’s yeast have been traditionally recognized for their potential to enhance milk production. Engaging with communities such as those found on platforms like 'MilkTok' and breastfeeding support groups can offer emotional support and practical advice. It's important for mothers to consult healthcare professionals before starting new supplements or treatments to ensure safety for both mother and baby. Tracking milk output, feeding routines, and overall infant health helps determine the effectiveness of methods used. Overall, combining natural supplements, proper nipple care, dietary considerations, and community support can create a holistic approach to breastfeeding that improves milk supply and experience for breastfeeding moms.

Currently pregnant with baby #3 but I have always swore my Milky Mama products. I have always been slightly an overproducer but when my supply dropped with my first baby I used their products and instantly in 3-5 days saw a huge difference in my supply and thickness to it. Highly recommended. If you have a colic baby they even had supplement drops that are dairy free

Honestly, I've gone from a just enougher to have a small freezer stash within a month. I drink minimum of a liter of coconut water daily with a liquid IV pack mixed in, water, dr.pepper, & 1 beer a day. I've seen a 1.5 to 2 oz increase per session by doing this combination of drinks daily. I also power pump first session daily & mid-afternoon using the 30/30/30 method.
