First spread your rice to the bottom of the pan.
Crush seaweed over the rice.
Mix imitation crab with Kewpie mayo & sriracha adding that to the layer.
I cook my salmon on the stove for a little bit before adding that as the next layer.
Crush more seaweed on top.
Sprinkle a little cilantro along with green onion.
Drizzle kewpie mayo & sriracha
Can’t forget the Eel sauce
Bake for “20 minutes” or to your liking
Then eat with avocado
