From my own experience, I've found that the small choices we make each day accumulate to define our future more than any single event. The phrase, "What I'm not changing... I'm choosing," really resonates with me because it highlights the power of conscious acceptance. Sometimes, it’s easy to focus only on the habits we want to improve, but equally important is recognizing which habits we consciously decide to keep because they serve us well. For example, adopting a morning routine that includes exercise and mindfulness has helped me stay energized and focused throughout the day. On the other hand, I’ve also chosen not to change my habit of journaling at night because it brings clarity and calm before sleep. This perspective has helped me maintain balance and motivation.
