Friendship Breakup
Friendship breakups are hard. I myself just lost my best friend of over 6 years.
I myself am learning how to heal, but I did learn great lessons in this journey.
I feel like friendship break ups are harder than relationship breakups.
But I recently have been writing in a journal. Things that I’m grateful for, to do lists, short and long term goals. I also have been trying to focus on myself spiritually, mentally, and physically. Making sure that I am improving myself every day. I’m not the same person as I was yesterday and I won’t be the same person tomorrow because I am learning and growing every day.
I will meet people in my journey of growing. Some will disappoint me and some will love me. But what is most important is that I love myself. And that is my journey right now. Now that I have realized that, I have all of these goals that I used to have but never put my foot down to accomplish. My first goal, is to accomplish my goals and put in the hard work to improve myself. And as I move forward in life, I know I will meet great people.
It’s okay to lose a friend. It doesn’t feel okay, but it happened for a reason. And if you lost a good friend, just know that there are more people who will love to be apart of your story.
Time for the next chapter :)

Friendship breakups can often feel more painful than romantic breakups. While it’s essential to grieve the loss of a significant relationship, it’s equally important to focus on personal growth during this challenging time. Embracing solitude can provide the clarity needed for self-reflection and healing. Start a gratitude journal to help recognize what you appreciated in your friendship while simultaneously listing aspirations for your future. This practice can foster positivity and resilience. Consider exploring new hobbies or interests that ignite your passion. Joining groups or classes can open doors to new friendships and support networks, allowing you to connect with people who share your interests. It’s an opportunity to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually. Remember, every ending paves the way for new beginnings. As you continue on your journey, believe that the universe will introduce you to individuals who resonate with your spirit and values. Cherish the good memories and learn from the experiences to shape a brighter future for yourself.
