Matcha is strong, fragrant, the taste of Balance is very good, suitable for both people to start drinking and the real matcha line. There is matcha powder of the shop directly from the Japanese plantation. Can also be bought back. 👍🏻

การได้ลองชิมมัทฉะหลายๆ ร้านในไต้หวันไม่เพียงแต่เปิดโอกาสให้เราได้สัมผัสรสชาติและคุณภาพของมัทฉะแต่ละที่เท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นประสบการณ์เรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมการดื่มมัทฉะของที่นี่อย่างลึกซึ้ง จากการไปนั่งดื่มที่ร้าน豆茶寮 ร้านนี้ใช้ผงมัทฉะ Yamamasa koyamaen ที่ให้รสชาติกลมกล่อมและมีความหวานธรรมชาติ ไม่เลี่ยนหรือขมจนเกินไป ทำให้รู้สึกว่าแต่ละซองมัทฉะผ่านการคัดสรรมาอย่างดี ได้กลิ่นอูมามิที่หอมติดปลายลิ้นและสัมผัสครีมมี่ที่ลงตัวกับเมนูลาเต้ ส่วนร้าน Matcha One ที่มีผงมัทฉะส่งตรงจากไร่ที่ญี่ปุ่น สามารถซื้อกลับบ้านได้จริง ทำให้คนที่ชอบมัทฉะอยากเก็บไว้เองที่บ้าน ร้านนี้ยังเหมาะกับมือใหม่ที่อยากลองดื่มมัทฉะ เพราะรสชาติบาลานซ์ ไม่ขมจนเกินไป กลิ่นหอมชัดเจน ข้อสำคัญคือหลายร้านในไต้หวันจะมีพื้นที่จำกัดและความนิยมสูงมาก เช่น Aki Matcha Bar ที่ร้านไม่ใหญ่มาก จึงควรจองคิวล่วงหน้าเพื่อไม่ต้องรอนาน ในขณะเดียวกันบรรยากาศร้านที่ตกแต่งสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นโมเดิร์นก็ช่วยสร้างความประทับใจและเหมาะสำหรับสายถ่ายรูป นอกจากนี้ TokuToku-Matcha & Coffee เองก็เป็นร้านเล็กที่เจ้าของร้านตั้งใจทำเองทุกแก้ว มีเมนูให้เลือกหลากหลาย แม้รสชาติจะกลางๆ แต่ก็เหมาะสำหรับใครที่ชอบดื่มง่ายและชิลๆ สำหรับการตะเวนชิมมัทฉะในไต้หวัน แนะนำให้เตรียมตัวเรื่องการเดินทางและการจองที่นั่งล่วงหน้า เพราะหลายร้านดังมักเต็มเร็ว บางร้านก็อยู่ในซอยลึกหรืออาจไม่มีที่จอดรถ เช่น Jiran Tamsui ที่ให้บรรยากาศร้านน่ารักแต่รสชาติจะออกแนวเบาๆ เหมาะกับคนชอบสไตล์ไม่เข้มข้น สุดท้ายนี้ การชิมมัทฉะแต่ละร้านเป็นเรื่องของรสชาติส่วนตัว การเปิดใจลองหลายๆ ร้านจะช่วยให้เรารู้จักและเข้าใจมัทฉะมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะที่ไต้หวันที่มีร้านมัทฉะคุณภาพดีและผงมัทฉะจากญี่ปุ่นแท้ ถือเป็นสวรรค์ของสายมัทฉะอย่างแท้จริง
