👶🏻👶🏻 Updated to give birth to twins 🤍
At the beginning of July, my mother and the rookie pa met a new member of the house. 🥹
Come out as twins, men and women, Dr. Ray and Dr. Ririn. 💙🩷
And this coming of the kids... says they didn't really get set. 😂
Because I had an emergency delivery at Chulalongkorn Hospital, where everything happened so fast that I had almost no time to prepare.
So life is a little chaotic, because it has to start adapting to new roles and life schedules, from a life that used to have time for itself to two little people in every moment of their lives. 😆
We were excited, upset, confused about the new role, but very happy to start a new life with both children. 🥰
The kids are healthy, but son Ray asked to stay in the hospital a little longer, so I've been spending time with my daughter Ririn. 🩷
Fortunately, the children were very easy to raise. Still confiscated the original Routine, as the hospital taught.
Sleep → Change Perse → Eat → Catch Burp → Sleep. Loop like this all day. 😂
From now on, it's gonna be a time of learning at the same time. Mom, Papa, and two little guys.
As for the story, from the day of the emergency birth, to the day of the first encounter with Ray and Ririn, what happened...

การได้เป็นพ่อแม่ของลูกแฝดนั้น นอกจากความตื่นเต้นและความสุขแล้ว ยังมาพร้อมกับความท้าทายหลายอย่างที่เราในฐานะแม่มือใหม่ต้องเผชิญมากกว่าพ่อแม่ที่มีลูกคนเดียว เช่น การดูแลทั้งสองคนพร้อมกัน ซึ่งต้องใช้ความอดทนและการจัดตารางเวลาอย่างเข้มงวด เพื่อให้ทั้งคู่ได้รับการดูแลอย่างทั่วถึง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องนอน การกิน หรือการเปลี่ยนผ้าอ้อม โดยเฉพาะเมื่อคลอดฉุกเฉินที่โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วจนไม่ได้เตรียมตัวมาก่อน ทำให้ทุกอย่างดูเหมือนจะวุ่นวายกว่าที่คิด ตอนแรกแม่เองก็รู้สึกงงและไม่มั่นใจเหมือนกัน แต่ด้วยคำแนะนำและการสนับสนุนจากทีมแพทย์และพยาบาล ทำให้สามารถปรับตัวและจัดการได้ดีขึ้น ในช่วงแรกที่ลูกชายต้องอยู่โรงพยาบาลต่อ แม่ก็ได้รับบทบาทใหม่ในการดูแลลูกสาวคนเล็กที่บ้านคนเดียว การมีลูกแฝดทำให้ต้องเรียนรู้เทคนิคเลี้ยงลูกแบบมือโปร เช่น การจัดตารางจังหวะการกินและนอนให้สอดคล้องกัน เพื่อให้มีเวลาพักผ่อนเองบ้าง และลดความเหนื่อยล้าจากการต้องดูแลพร้อมกันสองคน ที่สำคัญคือการสังเกตพัฒนาการและสุขภาพของลูกให้ใกล้ชิด เพราะเด็กแฝดมักจะมีความต้องการพิเศษกว่าลูกคนเดียว นอกจากนี้ การได้รับคำปรึกษาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและแชร์ประสบการณ์กับพ่อแม่แฝดคนอื่นๆ ก็ช่วยให้เกิดกำลังใจและไม่รู้สึกโดดเดี่ยว สำหรับคุณแม่มือใหม่ที่กำลังเตรียมตัวเป็นพ่อแม่แฝด แนะนำให้เตรียมพร้อมทั้งใจและร่างกาย ฝึกทำความเข้าใจกับโรทีนการเลี้ยงลูกที่โรงพยาบาลก่อนกลับบ้าน จะช่วยลดความเครียดในช่วงแรกได้มาก และไม่ต้องกังวลมากเกินไปเมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดฝันเหมือนแม่ในเรื่องนี้ ที่สำคัญคือการยอมรับว่าการเลี้ยงแฝดมีความยุ่งวุ่นวายเป็นธรรมดา และขอความช่วยเหลือจากคนรอบข้างเมื่อจำเป็น เพื่อให้ทุกคนในครอบครัวสามารถเติบโตและเรียนรู้ไปด้วยกันอย่างมีความสุข
