The energy was absolutely electric, and walking that red carpet (even just near it!) was an experience I'll never forget. My heart was pounding the whole time. You know how it is when you're in a new country, trying to soak it all in, and then you're suddenly face-to-face with legends? First off, the moment I saw Robert Downey Jr., my inner fangirl screamed! I swear I mumbled "Oi pro Homem de Ferro!" under my breath – who knew I’d get to say hi to Iron Man himself? It was surreal. He was just as cool and charming as you'd imagine. Then there was the whole "no filming" rule. Oh. My. Goodness. It was such a challenge! They were very strict, and I even got a little telling off at first. But when Selena Gomez walked by, looking absolutely stunning, I just had to try and get a sneaky shot. I mean, for Selena, it was totally worth the risk, right? Her glow with Benny Blanco was undeniable; you could just feel the happiness radiating from them. I completely understand why you'd want to capture every moment, even if it meant hiding my phone like a secret agent! And get this: I ended up sitting right behind the entire cast of "THE BEAR"! Seriously, "THE BEAR" from Disney+! I hadn't seen the show before, but watching them celebrate, especially when Tyler James Williams won an award, was amazing. I leaned over and whispered "Parabéns, moço! Tu merece!" – 'You deserve it, guy!' It felt so natural to cheer them on, even if I was a total newbie to their work. It's those little, spontaneous moments that make these big events so memorable. Later, I spotted Brie Larson and even Rita Ora and a famous director sitting right in front of me during a performance. Just seeing them up close, enjoying the show like everyone else, was incredible. It really made me reflect on how global these events are, and how amazing it is to be a part of it as a Brazilian. It’s not just about the glitz and glamour; it’s about experiencing a different world and connecting with incredible talent. For any other Brazilians out there dreaming of similar experiences abroad, my biggest tip is to just go for it! Research events, look for opportunities, and don't be afraid to put yourself out there. You might get a 'telling off' for trying to film, but the memories of seeing your idols, soaking in the atmosphere, and representing a bit of Brazil on an international stage? Absolutely priceless. Every moment, even the chaotic ones, truly made me feel like I was living a dream. I wouldn't trade it for anything!
