Strawberry Legs One Month Progress

Hey guys, thanks so much for the support and suggestions on my last post.

I know some of you had questions for updates or follow ups but I didn’t want to provide one until I can give a ACTUAL progress photos.

(I don’t think it’s been exactly one month but long enough to see results for sure)

I decided to continue using the same products from the first post so I can make sure it’s what was giving me results.

I use all the products every single day for week one and started using it every other day or every two days so I don’t completely destroy my skin barrier with all the physical exfoliation and chemical exfoliation from the salicylic acid.

The results are definitely there and I’m so happy but I still have a long way to go. The pictures don’t do justice to how much difference there is but also doesn’t show how much work there is still to do.

I’m going to be trying some new products like glycolic acid and bump eraser and I’ll make a post once I’ve bought them!

Anyways, just a reminder there is NOTHING wrong with having strawberry skin or also nothing wrong with wanting to treat it. Results won’t be as won’t look the same for everyone so be patient.

Thanks guys 🥰

... Read moreStrawberry legs, also known as keratosis pilaris, can cause rough and bumpy skin. It's essential to understand that while perfect skin may not be attainable for everyone, improvement is possible with the right products and routine. Salicylic acid is known for its exfoliating properties and can significantly help when addressing strawberry skin. Incorporating products containing glycolic acid can further aid in skin texture improvement, as it works to dissolve dead skin cells and promote smoother skin. Essential products in my routine include OLAY Skin Solutions featuring Salicylic Acid, CeraVe SA Cream, known for its ceramide content crucial for maintaining skin barrier function, and Shea Moisture's Virgin Coconut Oil for hydration. Consistency is key; it's advised to start with daily applications before tapering to every other day to avoid over-exfoliation, which can be damaging to the skin. It’s vital to listen to your skin’s needs, and sometimes less is more. Remember, everyone’s skin is different and patience is essential in achieving results. Stick to your routine, document your progress, and remember that a community exists to support you along the way!
