putting myself first: Self Care
Self-care has become one of my best friends and my time depression. I see a lot of messages about stop saying the word depression but honestly, this is my way of coping and moving out of this stage. The last few weeks I finally started doing things for me. I went and got my feet done and my nails. I took myself on a shopping spree and started pouring into myself more.
I used to be the one that gave and gave. I poured into others but it feels good to pour into myself now. This is a step closer to freedom from depression. #selfdoubtbegone #overcomingdepressionjourney #depressionisreal #lemon8wellness #growthmindset
