I made a new friend
Today was a very spontaneous day for me. I met a female
I never knew before and randomly invited her to lunch. I said a lot of my depression comes from being lonely and having no friends, so I stepped outside my comfort zone & asked her to lunch. She cried because she too was feeling the exact way I was. We literally had some many things in common. It felt good to make a new friend, I think I’ll start doing this more #makingfriends #30andthriving #lemon8wellness
