Living with neurodiversity means that my coping skills are constantly evolving. I found that talking openly about treatment options and mental health challenges helps reduce stigma and fosters community. The balance between demanding jobs, like social work and bartending, can be tough but also allows for diverse human connection and personal growth. Having a close-knit family and pets supports emotional resilience, and being a Titi (aunt) to young family members brings joy and perspective. Sharing these multi-dimensional aspects of identity and lifestyle can inspire others to embrace their uniqueness, encourage self-care, and build supportive networks tuned to individual needs.
