safe space!! what’s OUT for 2025?

I would LOVE to hear what is OUT for 2025!

I used to read Washington Post’s IN/OUT list each year growing up and loved the idea of making a lost of things to try doing and things to release as we welcome a new chapter in our lives. I’ll share first:

OUT:

• overspending

• putting myself last

• viewing exercise as punishment

IN:

• reading more (just got a kindle! 😁)

• journaling more (link in bio for the one I’m using!)

• using my phone LESS!

• Moving my body more because I love myself and want to be the first one in my family to live to 100

What are some things you want to do more or less of next year?? Tell me in the comments! 😁 Maybe you’ll find an accountability partner or someone with similar goals!

... Read moreAs we approach 2025, it's essential to reflect on things we want to leave behind from 2024. This could include negative habits like overspending and surrounding ourselves with bad friends. Letting go of excuses and harmful relationships can pave the way for a more fulfilling year. Instead, consider what positive practices you can adopt. Reading more, journaling, and prioritizing self-care can greatly enhance personal growth. Moreover, reducing screen time and valuing physical activity can contribute to overall well-being. Engaging with like-minded individuals can also provide accountability as you set and achieve your goals. What are your insights on what to release and what to embrace in 2025? Share your thoughts and let’s support each other in this journey towards self-improvement!

people pleasing, impulsively spending on things that I don’t need, wanting to do something but never doing it, and something I want is to get more motivated
