Ppl with low self respect how did you get it back?

I've been doing ok in my 20s, kind relationships with good partners. But at 25, it's been a string of abusers, one worse than the previous one. Each time, I share with a new guy how I've been mistreated before, they are sympathetic and act horrified, then a few months later down the line they proceed to treat me even worse. My last partner was the cruelest yet, but cutting contact feels impossible. Trauma bonds pull me back, even though I know that someone who hits, screams, or insults me doesn’t deserve me. Rationally, I get it but memories of respect feel fuzzy. This pain is all I recognize now. I’m in therapy, in support groups, surrounded by love. I’m doing the work, but my brain still fights. What else can I do to help my heart catch up to my head?
