Feel like eps were written around Taylor songs...
Okay, am I the only one totally over how much Taylor Swift was in this season of TSITP? Don’t get me wrong, I love her, but it went from feeling special to super predictable real quick.
I was hyped to hear other artists. Like Tate McRae has so many bops that’d fit, Nessa Barrett, Olivia Rodrigo, Gracie Abrams… there were tons of chances to mix it up. But Taylor was everywhere. By the end, I was just sitting there like “Give another artist a shot!”
It does feel like episodes were written around Taylor Swift songs. Not that they truly felt like a Taylor Swift song was the best choice for the moment. Is anyone else kinda bummed about how repetitive the soundtrack felt? Let me know your thoughts!
