This often includes an 'Ital' diet, which is naturally vegan or vegetarian, focusing on fresh, unprocessed foods. This dietary choice aligns perfectly with the #vegan lifestyle movement, promoting health, harmony with nature, and ethical consumption. The iconic dreadlocks are not just a hairstyle but a spiritual covenant, a symbol of strength and a connection to nature and the divine.
