At home workout routine.

Going to the gym isn’t the end all be all. You don’t need to go to the gym to gain muscle or lose weight.

But yes it helps with discipline because you can’t walk into the gym then while your there contemplate on leaving and not exercising.

I feel like home workouts come with a form of needing extensive discipline. And the gym is where you can build that discipline.

My recommendation if you lack discipline and know that you won’t be able to do a home workout go to the gym.

But if you have discipline as little as a piece of dust try to do at home workouts. It’s you against you right now. The only person stopping you from having a fit body is you 🫵
