Kindness is powerful (real story)

One day, I was running track 🏃‍♀️ It was a regional race. I was presumptuous thinking “I can drink water later.” I underestimated my need to drink water. 💦 Oh boy, what a bad decision was that. My throat aked. Four whole laps around the track. Four laps of personal self-motivated torture. “Just 200 meters left. Ugh. When will this end.” Then, I finished the race. Oh no. 😥 I was VERY thirsty. I walked up the bleachers hoping to find my school group. Not one of them in sight. I saw people from different schools. Someone… water… please… I almost started crawling in the lower part of the bleachers, when this girl approached me and said “Here, have some water.”

And handed me a water bottle.

I drank half using the waterfall method.

“Here it is, thank you Soo much.🥹🥰”

“You can Keep it.”

I responded, “Thank you, thank you, thank you. You do not know how much this means to me.”

I proceeded in drinking the whole thing.

Ppl. You do not know the worth of giving someone something as simple as a bottle of water until you live it.

❤️
