... Read moreAfter nearly a year on my fitness journey, I've discovered that finding truly satisfying and healthy snack alternatives is key to staying on track. While I initially raved about Built Puff Bars for curbing my chocolate cravings, I've since delved deeper into the world of these protein-packed delights, exploring more flavors and their nutritional impact. My initial experience was just the tip of the iceberg! I've now tried a wide range of Built Puff Bar flavors, and it's been exciting to rank them. From the rich Brownie Batter and decadent Chocolate Milkshake to the comforting Cookie Dough Chunk, each one offers a unique taste adventure. I even ventured into Coconut, Strawberries 'N Cream, Cookies 'N Cream, and Mint Chip. Based on my personal taste, Brownie Batter and Cookie Dough Chunk often score a solid 9/10 – they genuinely feel like a treat. Chocolate Milkshake is a strong 8/10 for its deep flavor. Coconut and Strawberries 'N Cream are pleasant at 7/10, offering a nice change of pace. Cookies 'N Cream and Mint Chip, while unique, land around 6/10 for me. It's fascinating how much variety there is, proving there’s a flavor for almost everyone! Beyond just the amazing taste, I've really started to appreciate the nutritional profile of Built Puff Bars. Each bar typically provides a substantial amount of protein, often around 17 grams, while keeping the calorie count relatively low, usually in the 130-150 range. This makes them an excellent choice for a post-workout snack or a satisfying treat that helps manage hunger between meals. Many of these puff bars also boast a complete protein profile, meaning they contain all nine essential amino acids your body needs for muscle repair and growth. This is a significant advantage over many other snack options, which might offer empty calories without the same satiety or nutritional benefits. Now, the big question: are Built Puff Bars truly healthy? In my experience, yes, they are a much healthier alternative to traditional candy bars like a Twix or KitKat. They typically contain significantly less sugar (often just 4-5 grams) and are made with quality ingredients. For someone like me who battles chocolate cravings, Built Puff Bars provide an indulgent experience without derailing my dietary goals. They’re a smart swap that helps me maintain consistency and enjoy my fitness journey without feeling deprived. It’s all about making informed choices that align with your wellness goals. I’ve also had the chance to compare the Built Puff Bars to the original Built Bars. While both are fantastic protein snacks, the Puffs have a distinct, light, and airy texture that sets them apart. They’re soft, chewy, and almost marshmallow-like, which makes them feel incredibly satisfying. If you're debating between the two, it really comes down to your preferred texture. For me, the unique, cloud-like chew of the Puffs makes them stand out. They've become an indispensable part of my snack rotation, always there to satisfy my sweet tooth without compromising my fitness progress.

My least faves are chocolate chunk, coconut, and strawberry & cream. I tried the churro ones and it doesn’t have much of a taste. It tastes plain. Like the coconut. I haven’t tried the chocolate milkshake flavor. The peanut butter is my favorite! I really want to try s’mores!
