For the last couple of years, I've struggled with being consistent with fitness. I'll start and get into a good routine but then stop when something would happen or I'll call myself taking a break. With me getting older, I want to take my health more serious. So here we are with day 1 of getting in some type of movement in. Trying not to be too hard on myself like I usually do.
