Let’s be friends 🌸🍵💐
Hey hey, I’m Grey!
Non-binary, 26 years old and living with Multiple Sclerosis. Recently moved to Las Vegas a little over half a year ago when moving in with my partner— someone who inspires me every day to keep making art, whether it be illustrations, poetry, fiction novels, experimental filmmaking and more. I went to college for an Associate’s in Film, and a Bachelor’s in Animation; I wouldn’t know how to exist in a world without sharing art with others.
I also live inside of thrift stores and coffee shops, or in front of a screen playing strange dreamscapes. I’ve been wanting to use this app more and more, and sharing my interests on here while being surrounded by other talented people seems like a good time. hoping to connect with others who feel the same ✌️📚✏️

Living with Multiple Sclerosis brings unique challenges, but it also fosters resilience and creativity. In art therapy, expressive activities help many individuals cope with chronic illnesses. From illustrating to filmmaking, the creative process can be a healing journey. Consequently, connecting with others through shared interests—like thrift store finds, coffee shop culture, and literary discussions—fosters a sense of community and belonging. The thriving art scene in Las Vegas offers countless opportunities to engage with vibrant artists and communities. Social media platforms enable artists to showcase their work, with hashtags like #artistsoflemon8 and #letsbefriends creating spaces for collaboration and networking. Events such as local art fairs and pop-up markets encourage creative exchanges, where artists can gain visibility and support. Whether you're a seasoned creator or just starting, exploring collective creativity can lead to meaningful connections and artistic growth. Never underestimate the power of art, community, and conversation in navigating life with Multiple Sclerosis and beyond.
