With the daily challenges of Multiple Sclerosis + my ever-present need for tasty beverages, I love mixing my daily tinctures into a variety of different coffees and teas. Is it a drink or is it a potion? hard to tell the difference most of the time 😌

This one was made with chai concentrate, mango nectar, almond milk, hazelnut creamer + extracts of ashwaganda, ginkgo biloba, feverfew, and elderberry. First time mixing mango with chai and wasn’t sure how it would taste, but I’m already thinking of what else I can add to it next 🫖
