How am I doing??👇
I have never really had a skin care routine until recently and I don’t want to go overboard because I don’t think that helps but I am trying to be better!
I use the beef tallow primarily on my forehead (where I have the most wrinkles) and I also use it on my stretch marks! I feel like I’ve really noticed a difference but who knows!
I use the morning moisturizer after I get out of the shower and before I put my makeup on!
I use the night cream before bed and after I remove my makeup for the day!
I use my serum when I am using my red light therapy mask. I put it on before hand then if I have any left on my face I rub it in afterwards!
What do you think about my routine?

Starting a skincare routine can feel overwhelming, but simplicity and consistency often yield the best results. I found that incorporating beef tallow—a natural fat rich in vitamins A, D, and K—on targeted areas like my forehead and stretch marks has made a promising difference in skin texture and elasticity. From personal experience, beef tallow provides intense hydration and can support skin repair, especially where you see signs of aging like wrinkles. Using CeraVe's Daily Moisturizing Lotion in the morning helps lock in moisture right after showering, prepping my skin nicely for makeup application. This product contains ceramides and hyaluronic acid, which are critical for maintaining the skin's natural barrier and hydration levels throughout the day. At night, applying CeraVe's Skin Renewing Night Cream adds a layer of nourishment and supports skin recovery during sleep when our skin naturally regenerates. Removing makeup before bed is vital to prevent clogged pores and breakouts, enhancing the cream’s effectiveness. One key addition to my routine is the hyaluronic acid serum used alongside my red light therapy mask. Red light therapy is known for stimulating collagen production and reducing inflammation, complementing the hydrating effects of hyaluronic acid. Applying the serum before and lightly massaging any leftover afterward ensures maximum absorption and boosts plumpness. Overall, my experience teaches that overcomplicating skincare isn’t necessary. Focusing on quality products and understanding their roles can improve your skin's appearance and health over time. It’s essential to observe your skin’s response and adjust the routine as needed. If you’re curious, trying out these natural and dermatologist-developed products combined with red light therapy might be a beneficial path toward healthier skin.

If you have dry skin try a thick cream and also hyaluronic acid serum
