When I found myself in a dark headspace, talking openly with God helped me release the pain and find clarity. Prayer became a way to cultivate peace and invite healing energy into my life. I also realized that reciprocal love—where support flows both ways—is essential to building strong relationships with family and friends. Matching each other’s love frequencies isn’t about perfection, but about intentional care and acceptance. I encourage anyone feeling mentally overwhelmed after heartbreak to embrace this divine love and give themselves permission to heal slowly. Surround yourself with those who uplift you and never shy away from expressing or receiving love. Remember, love is the foundation for a happy, healthy life and through faith, you can witness its transformative power. It truly starts with you. Amen.
