Read more「りんごの洗顔」「AHA洗顔って何？」と気になって調べてから、クレンジングリサーチのウォッシュクレンジングを使い始めました。これは“クレンジング＋洗顔＋角質ケア”が一緒になった3in1タイプで、忙しい日にとにかく助かる存在。フレッシュアップルの香りも、洗顔タイムがちょっと楽しくなるポイントです。 AHA洗顔は、古い角質によるくすみ・ざらつきが気になるときに頼りたくなる反面、刺激が出やすいこともあるので私は使い方を調整しています。最初は毎日ではなく週2〜3回からスタート。小鼻やあごなど“皮脂・毛穴汚れが気になる部分だけ”にのせて、全顔は泡でさっと洗うくらいにすると負担が少なめに感じました。洗い流した後はつっぱりやすい日もあるので、化粧水→乳液（orクリーム）までテンポよく保湿するのが個人的に必須です。 緑の「ウォッシュクレンジングN」はスクラブ入りで、毛穴の奥からすっきりしたい日向き。Tゾーンの皮脂や、メイクが薄めの日に“落ちた感”が欲しいときに手に取ります。スクラブは肌がゆらいでいる時に広範囲でこすると赤みが出やすいので、私は鼻まわり中心に短時間で使うことが多いです。 白の「ウォッシュクレンジングAZ」はパウダーインで、洗っているうちに粒々が消えていく感覚が面白いタイプ。皮脂のテカリをケアしたい日に使うと、洗い上がりがさっぱりして朝のベタつき対策にも便利でした。アゼライン酸誘導体配合という点も、皮脂悩みの人には気になるポイントだと思います。 あと、気になる疑問の「クレンジング入り洗顔って、これだけでメイク落ちる？」について。私の体感では“軽いメイクならいける日もあるけど、落ちにくいアイメイクやしっかりベースの日は専用クレンジング併用が安心”です。落とし残しがあると結局毛穴悩みに繋がりやすいので、そこは無理しないのが正解。 AHA洗顔を使った日は、日中のUV対策もいつも以上に意識しています。角質ケア系は肌が敏感に傾くことがあるので、日焼け止め＋こすらないケアをセットにすると使いやすいと思いました。緑（スクラブ）と白（パウダーイン）を肌状態で使い分けると、りんごのAHA洗顔の良さを無理なく取り入れられます。
