Especially "campaign / promotion period," can say that it is a real thru 🚀, the wages are very high, some days do a good job or go to the pro phase, can touch 1,000 + baht a day! 🤑 See the numbers and disappear, tired, and there is a strong fight immediately. การทำงานในสายโลจิสติกส์และคลังสินค้าอย่าง SPX นั้น นอกจากเรื่องรายได้และความท้าทายที่กล่าวมาแล้ว สิ่งหนึ่งที่ผมเจอและอยากแชร์คือการบริหารจัดการตัวเองช่วงเวลางานหนัก ตอนเข้าแคมเปญหรืองานเร่งด่วน ต้องรู้จักวางแผนการกินอาหารและพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ เพื่อรักษาแรงส่งและสุขภาพ เพราะงานต้องใช้พลังงานหนักจริงๆ นอกจากนี้ ผมได้เรียนรู้ว่าการมีทัศนคติที่ดีและเปิดใจรับเพื่อนร่วมงานแต่ละคน ช่วยให้บรรยากาศการทำงานดีขึ้นมาก ในยามเหนื่อยหรือเครียด ได้มีคนคอยพูดคุยหรือช่วยเหลือ ก็ทำให้ผ่านวันหนักได้ง่ายขึ้น ตัวอย่างเช่น การแบ่งปันเทคนิคการทำงาน หรือการแจกแจงงานให้เหมาะสมกับความถนัดในแต่ละแผนก อีกเรื่องที่ผมอยากฝากไว้คือ หากใครสนใจสายนี้ ควรเตรียมตัวเรื่องร่างกายและจิตใจให้พร้อม เพราะลักษณะงานคล้ายกับการทำงานสายลุย ต้องเคลื่อนไหวมากและบางครั้งอากาศในคลังอาจร้อน บางวันต้องตื่นเช้าหรือทำงานกะกลางคืน การมีวินัยและเตรียมความพร้อมจะช่วยให้ทำงานได้สบายขึ้น สุดท้ายนี้ SPX เป็นอีกหนึ่งช่องทางหาเงินรายได้เสริมที่ดี เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ต้องการทั้งเงินและประสบการณ์ชีวิต รวมถึงโอกาสพัฒนาตัวเองในสายงานโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน ที่สำคัญคือใครที่ชอบงานที่ไม่จำเจและพร้อมลุย งานนี้อาจจะตอบโจทย์คุณได้มากเลยทีเดียว
