Early B day present (Wallice Concert)
Last Wednesday, was a dream come true!
As an early B day present to myself (my b day being next month), I decided to go see Wallice in concert. My love for indie rock as an adult is so random, because I never cared for it growing up as I preferred punk rock more. As an adult now, I'm obsessed! Wallice is an artist I have been listening to for a while. When I saw that she was going on tour and coming to DC, I just knew I needed to go. I'm honestly glad that I did, even if it meant going alone.
The concert was awesome! The crowd was great and both Fake Dad (The opening band) and Wallice were amazing! My favorite part? When I got to meet the member of Fake Dad. Both Andrea and Josh were so nice and I was so shy to talk to them. They signed my poster of them! Then as I was about to leave, I saw Wallice by her merch stand. I stood in line and when I got up to her, I spoke to her. I thanked her for her song "The opener," it's a song that has helped me cope with some hard times and she is one of my favorite singers. She signed my vinyl and I honestly nearly cried in front of her, but left before I did. I'm really glad I ended up going! ❤️
