エッフェル塔の「高さって何m？」は、現地で見上げた瞬間に一番気になるポイントでした。エッフェル塔の高さは約330mで、東京タワー（333m）とほぼ同じくらい。でも周りに高い建物が少ない分、体感の存在感は想像以上で「数字以上に大きい…！」と感じます。 私が特におすすめしたいのが「エッフェル塔を下から見上げる」楽しみ方。展望台に上らなくても、足元に立つだけで鉄骨のカーブや重なりが迫力満点で、写真もドラマチックに撮れます。見上げショットを撮るなら、塔の真下（脚の内側）から空を入れて撮るのがコツ。広角レンズ（スマホなら0.5x）にすると、鉄骨のラインがぐっと強調されて“パリのシンボル感”が出ます。 「下から見上げ」を少し引きでも撮りたいときは、トロカデロ庭園（シャイヨー宮側）やシャン・ド・マルス公園が歩きやすくて定番。私は噴水や芝生を前景に入れるだけで、観光写真っぽさが一気に上がりました。イエナ橋のたもとにあるメリーゴーランドと一緒に撮る構図も可愛くて、旅の記録にぴったりです。 時間帯も大事で、日中の青空はもちろん、夜のライトアップは別格。日没後はきらきらしたイルミネーションが映えて、毎時00分から約5分の“シャンパンフラッシュ”は見逃し注意です。暗い時間は手ブレしやすいので、壁や手すりにスマホを固定して撮ると失敗しにくかったです。 体力と時間に余裕があるなら展望台もおすすめ。エッフェル塔は3つの展望台があり、階によって景色や展示、ショップの雰囲気が変わります。塔内にはレストランやカフェ・バーもあって、私が気になったのは第一展望台の「マダム・ブラッスリー」や、最上階のシャンパンバー。観光の合間に“エッフェル塔の中で休憩”できるのは贅沢でした。 混雑しやすいので、上るなら公式サイト（日本語表示あり）で事前チケット購入が安心。上らない派でも、「エッフェル塔 高さ」を実感できる“見上げスポット巡り”だけで十分満足できたので、ぜひ自分の旅のスタイルに合わせて楽しんでみてください。
