- Chopping, mixing, and making a mess in the kitchen. But hey, it's healthy!

12. Clean Room: 🧹 (5 mins)

- A quick tidy up. Or at least shoving things under the bed.

13. School Drop-off: 🏫

- Taxi Mom in action.

- Finally out the door. Ready to take on the day... and a gallon of coffee.

One of the most frequently asked questions I get is about my morning supplements routine. It's not just about popping pills; it's about intentional nourishment. For me, Apple Cider Vinegar capsules are a non-negotiable for supporting digestion and balancing blood sugar, especially before my first meal. Then there’s Vitamin B12, a real game-changer for energy and cognitive function, particularly important if you're on a vegetarian or vegan diet. And Omega 3 fatty acids? They're fantastic for brain health, reducing inflammation, and keeping my mood steady. When considering your own vitamin supplements morning routine, remember to always consult with a healthcare professional. Everyone's needs are different, but focusing on foundational support like gut health, energy, and brain function is a great starting point. Look for high-quality brands and think about what your body genuinely needs to thrive. Beyond the physical, the spiritual and mental aspects of my morning are equally vital. My practice of Om Jaap and Gayatri Mantra meditation isn't just about 'trying not to snooze again,' as I joked in my main post! These ancient practices are profound tools for calming the mind, improving focus, and setting a positive energetic tone for the day. For those curious about integrating similar practices, you don't necessarily need a 'sip and om meditation app' right away, although there are many wonderful guided meditation apps out there that can help. Even dedicating 5-10 minutes to silent contemplation, focusing on your breath, or repeating a simple mantra can create a significant shift. The Om sound, for instance, is believed to resonate with the universe's frequency, bringing a sense of peace and interconnectedness. The Gayatri Mantra is a powerful invocation for wisdom and enlightenment. Starting with short, consistent sessions is key – you’ll be surprised how quickly you begin to feel the benefits of a clearer mind and reduced stress. Making any new routine stick requires a bit of strategy. First, start small. Don't try to overhaul everything at once. Maybe pick one or two new habits, like your warm water sip and 5 minutes of meditation, and build from there. Second, prepare the night before. Lay out your yoga mat, set up your meditation cushion, or organize your supplements. This reduces friction in the morning. Third, be kind to yourself. There will be days you miss a step, or the 'kid chaos' takes over. That's okay! Just get back on track the next day. This routine has truly helped me become a 'superwoman' (or at least feel like one!), navigating everything from meal prep to school drop-off with a sense of calm and readiness. It's a journey of self-discovery and self-care, and every small step counts towards a more energized and fulfilling day.
