It's a powerful tool for taking immediate action and overcoming self-doubt, helping me cultivate a stronger belief in my ability to achieve my goals. Another talk that completely shifted my mindset was Amy Cuddy's "Your Body Language May Shape Who You Are". Her research on power poses was a revelation.
