Most people don’t really listen. They wait for their turn to talk. But true leaders and great friends listen on a deeper level.

Here are the 5 levels:

2️⃣ Hearing the Words (distracted)

3️⃣ Understanding the Message (focused)

4️⃣ Recognizing Emotions (empathetic)

I’m 💯 5. As a profound Empath always giving feedback at deeper level reading emotions and things I’ve heard they did not say standing outside themselves. I see what the person does not see in themselves. I also micro body language even from across a room. I read what is not said and sometimes it can been too much for me. I use on too much of others even over the phone and online.
